The quiz competition was attended by five schools namely Runyararo primary, Chivhu primary, Good hope Junior and Little Angels Junior Schools.

In an interview with Today News, the Quiz facilitator Mrs Kurebwaseka said the school is proceeding to the district level competition stage.

"They are now preparing to proceed to the district level and the date has not yet been announced, “she said.

She went on to say that the other competitors were shocked with the win as they thought the learners cheated as Little Angels Junior School is considered to still be recently established and new to competitive quiz sessions which they proved to be a misconception after the win.

"Many schools think that Little Angels is a small school not knowing that it's now big with brilliant students and the participants were Angel Chipfuko, Tinotenda Nyamadzawo , Cheryl Gonese, Princes Musimwa ,Tawananyasha Munemo and Solemn Mukwada," she said.

Little Angels Junior School also participated in the district competition were Tarisai Masunganye and Atipaishe took silver medals. They carry the hope that the school will proceed to provincial level in Marondera.
